Call an MCP tool from an agent

Once connected, MCP tools appear in the agent builder palette under their server's group.
After a successful connect, the server's tools register as dynamic capabilities under `mcp.<server-slug>.<tool-name>`. They show up in the Builder's capability picker grouped by server. Pick a tool, pick the connector binding (the MCP-server connector you saved earlier), and fill in the tool's arguments. At run time, the agent runtime forwards the invocation through Avery's mcp-client worker to the MCP server's `tools/call` endpoint.
