Change where new apps are saved

Avery scaffolds new apps under `$HOME/nxr-projects` by default. Move that.

The Projects root is keychain-backed so the override survives restarts. Imported projects keep their original location regardless.

Steps

1. Open Settings → Projects.

   Or use the sidebar.

2. Click the folder picker.

   Pick any folder you want — Avery creates `<root>/<slug>/` for each new scaffold.

3. Reset to default at any time.

   The 'Reset to default' button restores `$HOME/nxr-projects`.
