Welcome to Avery NXR 1.0

3 min

Avery NXR's first public release — local-first app and agent generation, with 7 agent templates, Excel ingestion, 63 connectors, three deploy targets, and an opt-in Consult Mode for frontier models.

Welcome to Avery NXR 1.0. This is the first public release. Avery turns a plain-English prompt into a real Next.js + Prisma codebase on your laptop, driven by a local small language model. Cloud calls are opt-in; everything else stays on your hardware.

7 agent templates, ready to run. Pick from Daily AI News (Anna), Meeting Notes → Action Items (Sophia), Resume Screening (Marcus), Customer Support Triage (Priya), Sales Pipeline Digest (Carlos), Competitor Monitoring (Yuki), and Server Health Monitor (Liam). Each is a real graph — readable, editable, and yours to fork.

Bring your Excel. Drop in a workbook and Avery turns sheets into Prisma models, formulas into TypeScript, validation into Zod schemas, charts into native components. Bidirectional sync keeps the app and the workbook in step; conflicts surface in a dedicated drawer with HIGH / MED / LOW severity.

63 connectors across 14 categories. 15 OAuth providers (Google, Microsoft, Slack, GitHub, Linear, Notion, HubSpot, and more) plus 48 API-key providers spanning email, SMS, web search, market data, trading, CRM, vector DB, and 8 database engines. One connection covers every app and agent that needs it.

Three deploy targets, one Console. Hit Deploy and pick: Vercel (Next.js native, edge functions, preview URLs), Railway (Postgres + app on one platform), or SSH on-prem (your servers, air-gap OK, systemd unit). The deploy stream lands live in the Console.

Consult Mode opt-in. When a task exceeds your local model, escalate to Anthropic Claude Opus 4.7, OpenAI GPT-5.5, or Google Gemini 3.1 Pro Preview — direct from your device with your BYOK keys. Token usage and per-provider USD cost estimates land on Discovery with a daily-cost bar chart.

Help is a sidecar. Press Cmd+? from anywhere and a side panel opens with articles relevant to your current view. Ask questions in plain English on the Ask tab — Avery's embedded knowledge base answers from a curated corpus, with citations and no network round-trip.
